Beautiful antique lace design ("Peony") from designer Trish Lee, purchased before she closed her shop in San Francisco.
According to the designer, the Peony is crafted from American-made Chantilly lace and features a bateau neckline, cap sleeves and an open back; the dress and epitomizes "rustic chic."
It tag lists the color as "blush" but the chantilly lace is more ivory and the lining is blush.
I bought the dress before he proposed because I fell in the love with the dress and the boutique was closing. The dress didn't work for my post-COVID elopement this spring. The dress hasn't been worn and deserves the bridal moment! (I took the dress to get altered a week before COVID shut down, so there are some minor alterations that added a little extra room in the hip and rib cage - noted in the measurements above)
The dress has two linings under the lace (a satin lining next to the skin and another layer of blush under the lace). According to the label, the dress is 100% silk body, 100% nylon foundation, 100% acetate lining. The dress has boning through the bodice.
Trish Lee's designs are described as "Vintage-inspired simple wedding dresses and wedding gowns"
