Wtoo Palmer Stretchy unclassified dresses

This is a beautiful tulle ballgown witha deep v. It has spaghetti straps and a bandeu back. Its light and flowy. This is a sample dress so may have some minor flaws. One strap does need to be refastened to the back. Zip back at waist, hook and eye closure on side of back strap.
