unknown petticoat Bold pattern unclassified dresses

This ia a polyester asymmetrical petticoat that can be worn with short train dresses. It has 3 tiers or layers and two hoops. The sillouette is a-line or princess style with an elastic waist and fabric tie in the back. The size is large but is more fitting to a small waist such as 30 or less. This petticoat was never warn/used except to try on. Comes in a fabric dust bag with string gather/closure.
