Watters Riviera Graduation unclassified dresses

I purchased the dress in Jan. of 2016. I wore it once in Sept. 2016. I had the dress professionally cleaned and preserved. It is currently in a box preserved and ready for a new bride to wear. I spent $400 on the cleaning and preservation of the dress. I purchased it at Lovely Bride in Philadelphia. The dress does not come with a belt.
