Watters Graduation unclassified dresses

Lovely dress, worn once and kept in a sealed bridal gown box ever since.  I have 2 sons but no daughters so rather have this dress be used by someone than sit in storage.   The dress is simple, tiered layers of silk.   I don't remember the name of the design but the tag is style number 4062B.
